The LongLife Medical Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility and Practitioners looking to join or become a part of our team need to email their CV or resume to longlifemedical@earthlink.net stating what their desires are and why they would want the opportunity to become a part of the team.

Space for Lease is also available for independent contractors, to apply for the opportunity to lease space and join up with the practice we will need a previous rental history and than the Medical Director will interview you to see if your services would be a good fit with the LongLife Medical Clinic, we believe in blending the best of all medical worlds for the benefit of the patients.
